We need to protect ourselves all the time in our life. Our body will protect itself against viruses to keep its healthy state. When individual rights and interests are violated, we will choose to protect ourselves by law. We will protect ourselves in our own way when we are attacked by malicious comments. Maybe we are not so strong, but each of us is making our own net in our own way.

자기 보호는 우리의 삶에서 언제나 행하는 일이다. 우리의 신체는 건강한 상태를 유지하기 위해 자신을 보호하며 바이러스와 대항한다. 개인의 권리와 이익이 침범을 당하면 우리는 법률로써 자신을 보호한다. 외부 대중의 악의적인 언론의 피해를 받게 되면자신만의 방식으로 자신을 보호한다. 우리의 신체는 그리 강하지 않을지 모르지만 우리 모두는 각자 자신의 방식으로 자신만의보호망을 만든다.

自我保护是我们一生中无时不刻不在做的一件事情。我们的身体为了维持健康的状态会进行自我保护去和病毒对抗。当个人权益收到侵犯时我们会选择用法律保护自己。当收到了外界大众的恶意言论时我们也会用自己的方式保护自己。也许我们本身并没有那么的强大但是我们每个人都在用自己的方式编织着属于自己的保护网。
