Many whales mistakenly eat the plastic pollutants that cannot be digested and decomposed. 최근 들어 해양오염은 나날이 심각해 지고 있으며 수 많은 고래들이 멸종 위기를 맞고 있다. 그중 플라스틱을 고래들이 음식으로 착각하고 먹고, 이를 소화 및 분해하지 못한다. “WHALE FALL”은 고래가 바다에서 죽으면 그 시체가 해저로 잠겨 15년 동안 어둠 속 생명들의 먹이가 됨을 의미한다. 생명은 고요하게 소멸한다. 그러나 아름다움은 흔적을 남기며 여전히 존재한다.
